Overview

The WatchGameFilm Login Page allows users to securely access their teams and content. Users must enter their registered email address and password to log in. If you have trouble logging in, follow the troubleshooting steps below.

How to Log In

1. Navigate to the WatchGameFilm login page.
2. Enter your Email Address in the provided field.
3. Enter your Password in the designated field.
4. Click the Log into Team button.
5. If your credentials are correct, you will be redirected to your team’s dashboard.

Resetting Your Password

If you have forgotten your password:

1. Click on Forgot your password? below the login button.
2. Click the Resend button.
3. Check your email inbox for a password reset link.
4. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
5. Once reset, return to the login page and use your new credentials to log in.

Common Login Issues & Solutions

1. Incorrect Email or Password

• Ensure that your email address is correctly entered, without typos.
• Passwords are case-sensitive—make sure Caps Lock is off.
• If you cannot remember your password, reset it using the Forgot your password? link.

2. Did Not Receive Password Reset Email

• Check your spam/junk folder.
• Ensure you are checking the email associated with your WatchGameFilm account.
• If you still do not receive an email, contact help@watchgamefilm.com for further assistance.

3. Account Not Found

• Ensure you are using the correct email associated with your account.
• If you are new to WatchGameFilm, ensure you have completed the registration process before attempting to log in.
• If you are unable to log in even after resetting your password, it may be because your account is not currently associated with any teams on WatchGameFilm. This often happens when a new user account is created but has not been added yet to a team.
• Ensure that your coach or team administrator has added you to the team roster before attempting to log in again.
