Subscription & Payment

Purchase or Renew Subscription

We understand that running a sports team can get expensive so we have repriced our services to help out every team interested in managing film.  You may purchase or renew your subscription by clicking the Subscription button from the Dashboard.  In the Subscription & Payment screen, you will see your team account details along with two purchase options (3 Month or 12 Month).

Purchase Orders Accepted! We also accept purchase orders and will activate your team before payment is received as long as we receive an official purchase order from your school or organization.  Please send an electronic form of your purchase order to and tell us the team that your purchase order should be applied to.

Changing Team Settings: To change your Team Name, Team Owner or to join or change a League, simply email with your request.

Select 3 Month or 12 Month Purchase and WatchGameFilm will redirect you to an online PayPal payment form where you can either purchase your subscription through your PayPal account or by directly using your debit or credit card (no PayPal account or signup required).

After payment has been made, the WatchGameFilm staff will update your team settings and send you an email notifying you that your account is now updated and active.

Important Payment Note! Team accounts are not immediately activated based on payment.  Our support staff manually updates the payment information and activates the teams throughout the day.  If activation is a top priority, please send an email to after you have made payment and provide the team you are making a payment on as well as a receipt of your payment.

Purchasing a subscription is simple:

  1. Log into your team and select Subscription from the Dashboard
  2. Click on the purchase button that you would like to use (3 month or 12 month)
  3. Either log into PayPal or click the Pay with Debit or Credit Card button on the PayPal window
  4. Make your purchase and save your receipt
  5. Within 24 hours after your payment is made, your team will be updated and you will be notified that payment was received
  6. Contact to send us a purchase order or if you need to arrange different payment details
